01.Upland game and waterfowl processing
We offer 4 different cuts for upland including: Fillets, Whole Birds, Plucked, and Plucked and Smoked. All products are washed, vacuum sealed, and frozen prior to pick up!
02.Big Game Processing
Our Big Game Processing service allows clients to select specific cuts, preparations, and packaging styles for their game. We work closely with you to meet your unique specifications, ensuring your game is prepared exactly as you desire. This personalized approach guarantees satisfaction with every order and preserves the quality of your harvest. Big game species include but are not limited to: Deer, Elk, and Antelope.
03.Packing and Shipping
Our packing and shipping services are a perfect way to top off your trip. Your product will be frozen colder than ice, professionally packed, and shipped directly to a destination of your choosing.

We boast a clean processing environment. Each processing area is cleaned multiple times a day and sanitized nightly.
Benefits 03
Steamboat is one of the few processing facilities where you get YOUR meat back. A tag with your name and cut is applied to the animal, and that tag follows from skinning to freezing.

All services are produced in-house, we have our own recipes and standard operating procedures, effectively mainting quality control.
